- September Swiss
- EBCC Director David Pruess swept the field at the club’s September Swiss with a perfect 4-0 score. There was a tie for second place between NM Tony D’Aloisio and expert Larry Snyder at 3.5-0.5, both managing to avoid playing Pruess due to the large field. We drew 38 players to this swiss, a new club record for a 2-day swiss. Other notable scores were Michael Ogush’s 3 points for clear first for U1900 and Greg Sarafian’s 2.5 points for clear first for U1700. This swiss drew nine players above 2000!
