East Bay Chess Club Open Quads

Open to Players of all Ages and Strengths
How it Works: A three game USCF-rated tournament, in sections of four players each
determined by USCF rating. Non-USCF members will be paired in separate unrated quads.
Entry fee: $20 if mailed before 5/1/06, $25 at site.
$5 discount for East Bay Chess Club Members
Submitting your form online counts as mailing it on the day of submission

Prizes: $40 to the top finisher in each quad.
Registration/Check-in: 9-9:45 AM the day of the tournament.

Due to problems where people submit the online form and then do not show up for the
tournament, thus causing forfeits in the first round, we are changing our policy regarding this form. Please note that while submitting this form gives you a spot in our tournament, if you fail to show up for the tournament without notifying us beforehand, we reserve the right to refuse your entry to a later tournament. If you fill out the form and wait to pay on site, then to guarantee that we pair you, you must show up 15 minutes BEFORE the first round begins! Other club policies can be read here and do apply!
