General Info:

	Lecture: Sam Shankland lectures 6-7 before the games.
	Registration/Check-in: 6-6:45 PM, before the round begins         Or save time by filling out the form below, but make sure to show on time for the round!
	Time control: 30 moves in 90 minutes, followed by Sudden Death in 1 hour.
	Entries: Note that the tournament is no longer free for club members!         For the entire tournament, the entry fee is $10 for members and $20 for non-members.         Usual $5 single round drop-in charge for non-members.         Please make checks payable to "East Bay Chess."         If you'd like to mail your entry, print out the form here.         Please mail completed entries to:                     East Bay Chess                     1940 Virginia Street, Box C                     Berkeley, CA 94709         Or, you can reserve a spot by submitting the online form below and then pay at the club.
	Prizes: Distribution to be determined, but all entries (100%!) will be returned as prizes

Due to problems where people submit the online form and then do not show up for the tournament, thus causing forfeits, we are changing our policy regarding this form. Please note that while submitting this form gives you a spot in our tournament, if you fail to show up for the tournament without notifying us beforehand, we reserve the right to refuse your entry to a later tournament. If you fill out the form and wait to pay on site, then to guarantee that we pair you, you must show up BEFORE the round begins!
