Due to problems where people submit the online form and then do not show up for the
tournament, thus causing forfeits in the first round, we are changing our policy regarding this form. Please note that while submitting this form gives you a spot in our tournament, if you fail to show up for the tournament without notifying us beforehand, we reserve
the right to refuse your entry to a later tournament. If you fill out the form and wait to pay on site, then to guarantee that we pair you, you must show up BEFORE the first round begins!
The tournament is now closed! We have reached our capacity for the event and will NOT be able to take any new on-site entries. People who signed up previously online have a spot reserved in the tournament and SHOULD show up during the registration time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
